11.5.4.2 Atypische Femurfrakturen unter Bisphosphonattherapie und Denosumab

Atypische subtrochantäre und diaphysäre Femurfrakturen wurden unter einer Bisphosphonat-

therapie berichtet, vor allem bei Patienten unter Langzeitbehandlung einer Osteoporose (1-6)

(B). Es handelt sich um eine seltene Nebenwirkung. Auch unter einer Therapie mit

Denosumab wurden atypische Femurfrakturen beobachtet (7) (D).
